Tuesday's child is full of grace

Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace,
Wednesday's child is full of woe,
Thursday's child has far to go.
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child works hard for a living,
But the child born on the Sabbath Day,
Is fair and wise and good and gay.

[Grayson|Hauser|Hyper] must have been born on Sunday. Ha ha! I so love abusing you three. :)

I can't figure out which day Sly would have been born on. 'Fair of face' might work, I guess. 'Full of grace' would probably get you stabbed. 'Full of woe'? He might bring woe, but he's not experiencing it himself... 'Has far to go' works best, I guess. He's got a lot of growing and learning to do.

Wait! We can actually look this up! (Here.) 2/15/86 is a... Saturday. 'Works hard for a living'. Well, um, not exactly. His life is sort of like a wild cat's: Lots of sleep and laziness punctuated by brief periods of high stress/very activeness.

But anyway, this wasn't going to be a post about MUSH characters; I was looking for a good subject line, and came across that little rhyme. I had heard bits of it here and there, but never saw the whole thing before. It's kind of cool.

Headache, headache, headache. Wish I was at home, eating breakfast and watching cartoons. Don't want to be at work with no breakfast (after no dinner!) and lots of annoying work to do.

How about a cute as heck kitten picture?

And lastly, I better archive this here until I can move it to catlove. This week's challenge was "...simply that your character, for whatever reason, is conjuring a Patronus, and must find a happy memory to hold on to."

Oh, I lied. One more thing. For the sharp-eyed readers out there: Yes, Google did finally index catlove! Yay! Amusingly, it was the day after I posted about them not indexing me, too. Happy happy is I!

Oddly, even the old search engine where I used to work has indexed me... That worries me a little. Either the last of the old team was finally laid off, or they're overworked, or the "Minister of Defense" was made to soften his blocking programs. We would never have indexed something with 'hot-hot-hot' in the domain name before!

Okay, maybe it's been two+ years since I worked there, but... I still think that the work (spam defense) was valuable, and I'm sad to think it's ended or has been weakened for those who had still been there when I left.

Dinner and a movie

Chinese food and Chamber of Secrets. What more could one want?

So many extras! Such a great thing. I loved the interviews with the actors. Some things I noticed:

Colin is so totally cute, both in character and the actor. I just want to run over and hug him.

I read too much fanfic. This is the second time that I was somewhat surprised upon seeing Snape -- he's really not that sexy at all. I think I like the fanfic version better. :P

Oliver... Oh my god. Excuse me while I melt. Can we get a CD of him talking? Saying anything? Just let him read from the phone book or something. I wasn't even listening to his words, his voice was enough. Mmmm.

For anyone who watched the interview with Sprout, tell me that actress wasn't smoking something from the greenhouse. She was cute, but totally ... out there.

The actors behind Molly and Arthur Weasley seem like wonderful people. Two more I'd just like to hug. And oddly, it seems like all these British actors talk in such quiet voices. Really cute.

But the first thing I watched: Lucius. Wow. He's sexy alone, but bullying Draco? Even better. That cane, that hair, that attitude. Mmm.

Filch. Eee. The cut scene, where Harry found his letter from Kwikspell (sp?). The way his lips were moving. I wanted to cry for him.

But listen, on cut scenes: There were only six of them, and a couple of them were only a second or three long. There had to be a lot more scenes that were filmed and cut. Why not offer more? I'd pay a heck of a lot of money for a DVD of just cut scenes.

I have to watch the rest of the extras soon, I had to stop for American Idol. Yes, if you wish to shoot me I won't dodge. I deserve it. Gotta see my Clay though, he's cute.

I'm da man (eh, I'm da teenage girl? -- See picture!)

I hate nitpicking trivia quizzes. I thought I had maybe three of the questions wrong. (I mean man, you had to know the exact spelling of *spell names*! Each option just a letter or two different.)

I actually got them all right on this one! Somehow that gives me 200%. Don't ask me how that works.

Picture here, if you want it (Where the teenage girl comes from. Honest!)
